The Smile Spa is a private dental health care practice based in Stockton-on-Tees in Teesside. We were commissioned to undertake a full branding development project for them which included the creation of their new business name.

The client had initially adopted the name the Cleveland Teeth Whitening Company but after our ongoing consultations with the client about their vision and mission, coupled with our own market research we recommended a series of new company names for the organisation. The preferred choice of 'The Smile Spa' was chosen and our associated branding development process began.
The client was initially located inside the Psyche department store in Middlesbrough as a concession. Our branding development devised a colour palette that consisted of blue, orange and a metallic silver that we applied into the clients customer marketing, premises signage and print collateral.
Whilst the initial branding and colour palette we had devised served the client well for many years. Eventually they asked us to refine the branding in line with a new direction for the business. A more corporate look aimed at attracting higher value business was decided on and a revamp of the original branding was required.
We updated the branding to reflect this new direction and created a new colour palette which included a strong burgundy/dark purple primary colour complemented with a metallic bronze. This palette was used through a wide range of printed collateral that we managed and also applied into the clients website and digital media platforms.
As the majority of the client's marketing relied on high quality printed products we worked with photographers and copywriters to ensure the treatment of the marketing materials was highly professional and ensured the client's key message was always executed on point. We designed and printed a wide range of marketing collateral for The Smile Spa, often using special inks to add a touch of luxury to the brochures but our designs focussed on showing the bespoke photography of actual clients who had benefitted from their treatments.
